Team Registration

AZ Hot Sauce Lacrosse offers opportunities to join competitive travel teams, select teams, and open programs for players of any level.  Registration requires invitation from our coaches. If you are unsure about which program to select, contact us.

2024/2025
(12th/11th grade)

Our "varsity" program, for players entering grades 11 and 12 in the 2023-2024 academic year. Players are expected to have a high skill level and significant lacrosse experience.

2026/2027
(10th/9th grade)

Our "junior varsity" program, for players entering grades 9 and 10 for the 2023-2024 academic year. Players should have substantial lacrosse experience and show a commitment to growth as players.

2028/2029
(8th/7th grade)

Our "middle school" program for players entering grades 7 an 8 for the 2023-2024 academic year. Players should have previous lacrosse experience and a strong desire to compete.

2030/2031
6th/5th grade)

Our youth program for players entering grades 5 an 6 for the 2023-2024 academic year. Players should have some prior lacrosse experience and be ready to learn some new lacrosse skills.
